Evolution was always deserved to the strongest, to the cooperation of the strongest species. However recently, evolution was never maintained by cooperation. It was given out, at random chance, to those who never worked to improve society. These beings would raise up as mutants, and claim themselves to be the conduits of evolution. However in the Nu-Empress’s cases, her and her accomplices worked hard to change that. They gave her a biological advantage. This advantage is the ability to read the genetic material of beings down to even the amino acids. This means she's able to predict the abilities and weaknesses to an opponent when paired with her large knowledge of biology, bio-chemicals, and biotechnology

Her bond with her wolf spiritual guardian has grown since it was first placed upon her. It bows to her every wish and whim without question, and with that obedience, she allows it freedom as she draws on its power. The Okami Bond allows her to pull power from the Great Wolf Spirit that resides within her, further boosting her impressive physical body along with granting her extrasensory perception, namely her nose allowing her to smell spiritual/mystical trails.

The Okami Spirit is manifested as the mask that is attached to her face, it can change shape to help hide her presence, however it cannot be removed. The Spirit itself can be manifested by Kokoro for short periods of time across long distances or long periods of time over short ones. When manifested, it appears as a gargantuan wolf with dark gray fur. The wolf itself is incorporeal, thus unable to be harmed by conventional weapons, however it itself can touch the physical wolf, granting it an advantage. Being a spirit, its size isn't constant, and thus can change it to an extent, being capable of shrinking to the size of a field mouse.

The consequence of her proximity to the accursed metal, her body and spirit have since than fused into one. This unique forced oneness, a practice monks have been trying to accomplish for Millenia, allows her various new abilities on top of her previous one. The most prominent is her disregard for physical and natural laws, to a degree. With this combination of spirit and flesh, she is capable of defying various laws of physics and biology, to an extent higher than a being of just flesh but lower than a being of pure spirit. She is capable of going much longer without food or water, capable of surviving months without either one.

Another law is her apparent disregard towards things like temperature or gravity, as she is capable of sitting in a smoldering furnace without breaking a sweat. And as for gravity, she is capable of reaching a leaving of 'floatiness' resembling those seen in Asian film. She is also capable of healing her body of minor to major wounds through mediation.

A secondary power she received is her ability to turn intangible for split seconds at a time, and while its isn't useful in espionage, it makes its use in combat and evading. And bonding with spirits comes naturally to her.

The Blades are composed of Odyssesy Metal, giving the blades a hardness equivalent to diamond, sharpness like that of steel, and a burning sting like that of fire. An arcane property of both the metal and runes gives the blade a horrific effect, when an opponent is nicked by the blades, their family line, past, present and future all suffer the sin,burning at an intensity proportionate to their sins. They all experience a temporary shift , turning their blood into fire. Correlating with the myth of Kagutshuci, the the being who, through his blood, brought the other Kami to life, as well as the myth of Hi-No-Kagutsuchi, the Shinto God Of Fire.

Combat Philosophy: All fighters and martial combatants have general rule whenever they chose a martial art/fighting style to follow. As for Kokoro, her only rule is to incapacitate any opponent she finds herself against, friend or foe, and she follows this rule, dogmatically. She has an affinity for fast and brutal combat styles, not wishing to waste her energy with flashy, unnecessary movement. Combining both her inhuman flexibility, strength and speed with martial art styles that promote this ideology, makes her a deadly assassin, and even deadlier when she's in front of you.

Kemono-Do [Way Of Beasts]: Created by the Okami Savant herself, Kemono-Do takes her own unique link to the Okami spirit and utilizes it as a martial art. The principle behind it is the abandonment of most of one's humanity, removing the doubt and self-conscienceness that makes us human while keep the capable mind and adaptability that keeps us intelligence. And combining that with the unpredictability and confidence of that of the beast that roam makes it an effective form of unpredictable combat against experience fighters, who tend to fight against human opponents.

No set of moves are focused on, in fact, there are not rules at all other than adopting the animalistic nature in all of humanity. To understand true mastery, the practionier of this art doesn't fight like a beastly man or a savage animal, but more accurately like a man-like beast. Although the previous forms mentioned are potential routes which can and are exploited by Kokoro.
