anti reg vs pro reg ooc

this is like the civil war you chose a side here talk about fights you can team with people to fight with people but they have to have a partner or just one on one there is no limit to how big your team is but they must have the same amount no cosmic powers. Heros, neutrals and villains may fight but must chose a side to fight. the arena must be in new york. you guys chose the area in new york. Also your chacter must have a real weakness if they don't make one. i will put up the anti reg vs pro reg fighting place when people start coming.also if you have invulnabilty you can get hurt. p.s I have one question do you guys wants this to be dead is dead or you can fight again.
