If your character is connected with an otherworldly, alien civilization, entity, cosmic being or alike, write a paragraph or two about it here (and I'll put it in the OP). This is mostly for things that have been made up more than based on authentic history/mythology, but if sufficiently different from history/mythology, anything goes (however, note that there is another thread for history and mythology).

Arzac
A dictatorship composed by a number of planets, ruled by Apophis, a sentient/sapient dragon-like being from Xantro I. He first attempted to take Earth from Xantro, but failed due to Heliopolis's intervention, and took the world Trybos (later dubbed Arzac I) instead.
Two Heliopolitans (see Xantro entry below), Setekh and Aton, betrayed the Xantroan Empire by working for Apophis. Setekh conquered Heliopolis and Egypt once, but was defeated (by his nephew Horus) and sentenced to Duat. Aton later freed Setekh from Duat, leading Setekh to possess Lady Itharis (Mut/Hathor; turning her into the bloodthirsty Sekhmet) until Ahramoz (Amun Ra) and Thoth could work to stop them. Aton was also sentenced to Duat after this.
Aton later escaped from Duat as well, possessing the then-current Pharaoh Amenhotep IV and turning him into Ikhnaton (or Akhenaten) and managed to physically depower and imprison many Heliopolitans and sever all contact with Xantro, until the few remaining Heliopolitans fought back and Ichnaton was killed by Izaiah.
Recently, a few Arzacians on Earth once again released Setekh from Duat. (Rise of the Desert King.)

Azuria
In the Xantroan Empire (see below), the Azurian religions tell the story of the primordial entity who created the universe, and also created beings to function as a living interface between nature and sentient/sapient beings: spirits that were intrinsically connected to natural forces, but could also develop personalities on their own, often reflecting how the sentients perceived those forces. These beings or entities became known as the Azurian Spirits, virtually countless in number but ruled by a council of 13: Zartaion (spirit of the sky and weather), Jenurias (spirit of mountains and planetary matter), Nethiryon (spirit of water and creation), Valacis (spirit of fire and destruction), Hezion (spirit of death and winters), Cerilloas (spirit of life and summers), Arezaiah (spirit of love), Meryssis (spirit of journeys and communication), Hekilion (spirit of technology and stability), Aberon (spirit of light and civilization), Deziryas (spirit of darkness and the wilderness), Attaron (spirit of war and bloodshed), Alarnos (spirit of wisdom and knowledge).

Dreamworld
Existing since the beginning of time, when man first fell asleep and let his mind drift off, is the Dreamworld. When a sleeper dreams, their mind drifts to this world, where it is able to be influenced in limitless ways. Never does there physical body travel there except for very rare cases (Cly's father, Raff). The landscape of the Dreamworld is ever changing, such that a gigantic waterfall could exist one minute in a certain area, and the next minute, in it's place, a barren desert. Through the influences of the people's minds with the imaginative environment of the Dreamworld, creatures are born. On occasion these creatures have escaped into the Human world, then brought back, creating the myths and legends we know today. Befriending the Untamed Beast, the Guardian of the Dreamworld, Raff was the first known human to survive and walk between both worlds. The Dreamworld is a constant battlefield as monsters of darkness constantly enter into the world, with the purpose of giving humans nightmares. Apparently very rare cases of humans entering are passed down by blood.

Exfairya
Sometimes known as the Pandora Wonderland, is an alternate dimenion located inside the Triforce, the 3 most beautiful and rarest stars in the milky way which have joined together. They are the Triforce, of Courage, Wisdom, and Power. Exfairya is a place best descirbed as a fantasy, a vast world which is said that only a child like imagination can create. Even though it is known as a world of myths and magic, only 10% it's inhabitants can successfuly use magic, though every one has a magical essence. Exfairya is filled with pirates, monsters, and any creature many other worlds will only find in the pages of fantasy books, and their is a reason for this. Legend says Exfairya was built from imagination, an innocent mind which all beings are born with, active and always creating, and it is said from that came Exfairya, it is quite simply the fantasy of eveything that will ever exist. Other beings most notably from the vineverse have come to Exfairya but only when they were found worthy by the Triforce and viceverca. The most notable being the wizard Merlin who fathered a child on his journey.

Fundamentalists
As long as Humans have walked the face of the Earth, so too have the Fundamentalists. Both similar races, both evolved in almost exactly the same way, with one key difference. While humanity has its fair share of mutants and those with spectacular genetic abnormalities, all Fundamentalists are born with gifts. Innate powers that grant them mastery over anything and everything, the fundamental forces of nature. Back in the days when the Earth was young, Fundamentalists were pure and without emotion, mating with others out of desire to keep their race alive. But with their close resemblance to humans, it was inevitable that the two races would eventually cross. Human-Fundamentalist hybrids were born and, unlike their almost-holy predecessors, these creatures obtained the traits of the bad side of humanity. When people with the power to crack the galaxy in half have sinful emotions like anger, the world is certainly not a safe place.
So two elder Fundamentalists, a man and woman who had found the key to immortality, decided to intervene. They took away the powers from the rest of their kind, allowing the Fundamentalist race to vanish. However, within the last couple of centuries, the Fundamentalists have returned, albeit with a fraction of their former power. Based in Natura City, under the Grand Canyon, they lie dormant, waiting until the day they can seize the Earth as their own. The two great elders, still alive, are now known as Father Time and Mother Nature. Mother Nature keeps the Fundamentalists in check in their city, while Father Time journeys through time itself, seeking moments when his presence is needed. Recently, many Fundamentalist families have moved to live outside the city, including the Dodd and Rayne families. Some leave in order to enjoy the company of humans, in disgust of their own race. Others leave to exert their dominance over humanity, though the elders do not put up with too much of this.

Meridia
Meridia is a dimension, which is known for it's great amount of magic, which explains the natives of the this world mystical connection to it and allowing them to harness and manipulate mana/magic. It is known that all magic in the universe comes from Meridia as it leaks to other dimensions. It is an inter-dimensional realm of magic and mana. Meridia is constantly ebbing and flowing with mana, beings who can use magic and mana have their powers and abilities vastly strengthens and increase to numerous power levels in this mystical world, with even a single spell from an unfamiliar traveler can cause a huge explosion. The landscape of this world differs and varies from each part region that a person enters, and is filled with multiple gates and port keys to entering other realm. The inhabitants of Meridia is different, with creatures who some consider from fables and fairy tails are regular in this world and humans, elves, dwarfs, and many more. Meridian is both a planet and a dimension for people to cross over too, but the planet is the sub-house to entering the main dimension for travelers, but it is quite hidden near a planet with complex and powerful spells. The planet is quite different from the dimension, as the planet is more mundane and sharing similarities to Earth with a Medieval taste. The humans of the planet Meridia refer themselves as Meridians.
Long ago in the lands of Meridia which was homed to humans and creatures, who all lived together peacefully until war erupted from each sides, each major nation declaring their own national independence, the humans, elves, dwarfs, and the demons. For centuries each opposing side fought one another until causing great devastation until the each side created a treaty to obey. Giving each separate lands, divided by their own colors and regions, they come to fight alongside one another, though the strain distance each of the nation viewed still place all of them at odds, dealing with allegiance, loyalty, and common fear. Contracts were made to ensure their agreements and laws were fortified into place and be respected

Mutonica
Mutonica was a beautiful planet, but it was small, no larger then Mercury. It laid near the center of the universe where it spawned life. The first beings of the planet showed that they all were divine beings on top of each of them posessing a different power. Cor with the power to manipulate earth, Onrefni the fire conjurer, Seab the Changer, Ralos the sun god, and Ssenkrad ruler of the night. Their powers combined created hundreds of thousands of Mutonians, each with enhanced strength, agility, and intellects on top of a different power that one of the gods of Mutonica possessed. Clans would be created in order to worship who they thought was the most powerful of the gods. The Ralos clan would claim rule to Mutonica for 2 centuries, that's when a radical by the name of Krad Boken, of the clan that worshiped Ssenkrad, was fed up with the power the Ralos thought they had. He rallied an army of his Krad brethren and contacted the most powerful wizard in the universe, Drakath, He used his magic to give Krad Boken the strength to defeat the Ralos and ensure his rule for 1000 generations, by binding his soul to his sword and unknown to him the souls of his heirs. After defeating the Ralos empire the Krad clan took rule with Boken leading them. Krad Boken died eventually but his name lived on through his heirs. His son's name, Krad Darkhonest would live on as well, as the titles the rulers of Mutonica and owners of his blade had. Under Krad rule technology was unbelievable, they had anything imaginable and things humans couldn't possibly hope to understand in this current day and age. Ralos Akenhoten would lead a rebellion against the 999th Boken Krad Egroeg, upon his death the Boken blade made it to Krad Mot, He assumed the blade, crushed the insurrection and became the 1000th, and present day, Boken. Drakath was awaken from his slumber and arrived on Mutonica shortly after. After a heated battle Krad Mot killed Drakath, but at the cost of destroying his planet. Only about 100 Mutonians escaped the fate of their home world. Now they all scour the universe trying to create a new home world for their race. Earth has become the home to 6 Mutonians as of now. who knows how many are on their way.

Soul Hunters
The Circle of Eclipse started with a single choice, when a group of 12 soldiers on a mission entered into uncharted territory of England they encountered a being of immense power that had been born at the beginning of time. Not much is known who the creature was but when the 12 men left they had abilities. In the beginning many of the of history’s great achievements the domination of the Roman Empire, the building of the Great Wall Of China they were part of it. Though like all groups the leader that they and chosen called Symon Elysian desired more power, tired of sitting on the side lines he presented to his eleven a way to become the top of the food chain. They thought him crazy and before anything more could be done he disappeared. Symon searched out the dark power that in the beginning had granted him these gifts: Natis. On the agreement that Symon would hand over his first daughter, the ex leader thinking little agreed.
Now with immortality and more power than ever possessed Symon turned on his friends murdering them off one by one and raising up 11 others . It was during the Norwegian crusade Sigurd I requested the aid of Symon in vanquishing the Muslims in exchange he would give Spain to them, to the 12 to the Circle of Eclipse. The Symaarian Imperium
Spanning across the length and breadth of the Southwestern quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy, the Symaarian Imperium encompasses thousands of worlds and bears the weight of a military sledgehammer trillions strong. It is a highly aggressive monarchy, centered around the vegetative, but incredibly powerful, psyker simply known as The Holy Navigator. Sitting upon a throne of black ebony, encased in golden armor, His Glory rests on Symaar Primus in the exact middle of His Imperium, guarded ceaselessly by elite warriors chosen and trained by the Chapter Master of the legendary Death Company. They have interacted but a few times with Earthlings, once with Kaligar Roxom's declaration of war upon the Earth and again when their Adeptus Mechanicus priests set up forges on Mars, thus directly interfering with any attempts by humans to colonize, or even visit, the world.
Ferravius
One of the most important worlds to the Symaarian Imperium is the fortress-world of Ferravius. Stationed on a frigid world converted into one enormous battle fortification, Ferravius is a marvel of both engineering and terra-forming on a colossal scale. The average temperature of the world is hardly ever above freezing and supplies outside of ammunition must be transported to the world on a daily basis in order to keep up with the immense demand from the billions of soldiers manning the behemoth structures and three entire farm worlds have been committed to this purpose. Ferravius lies in an important niche in the Symaarian Imperium, however, and any enemy hoping to contend with the Symaarians must first contend with Indomitable Ferravius. Only once has the world been breached, but not before grinding the combined efforts of a dozen Chaos warbands, an Ork WAAAGH! the likes of which the galaxy has never seen, a Necron incursion, and the entire Hive Fleet Gargantuan to a bloody pulp in the process. Ever since then, Ferravius has been resupplied with men and ammunition, its guns have undergone an extensive repair program, and the Chapter Master of the Death Company has overseen the reconstruction process personally.
Symaar Primus
Classification: hive world
Technology Level: exceedingly high
Size: roughly the size of Jupiter
Population: ~630,000,000,000 prior to the Great Reclamation/~890,000,000 afterwards
In time immemorial, Symaar Primus shook with the gentle touch of the cosmic entity known only as the Navigator. The draconian deity blessed the planet with life and gave birth to his people through its soil. These were the Symaarians and they prospered wholeheartedly. In this time of relative peace, the Navigator taught his children many things about the technology of the gods and how to harness the energy of stars to make guns and engines. He even trained and drilled them on a planetary scale to become a military hammer the likes of which were never seen before nor since. He only taught them such warlike tendencies to thrive in a harsh and unforgiving universe. Branching out, the Symaarians integrated the Ferravian Ring into their growing Imperium and under the Navigator's leadership embarked on a dynamic Great Crusade to dominate much of the known universe.
Almost one-thousand years after the Navigator began his stunning expansion into the unknown, the Dark Gods emerged from the Warp to stop the Navigator's campaign from reaching any further. Rather than comply with his fellow Elder Gods, the Navigator made war upon them. He succeeded in banishing them to the Warp, but at the cost of his flesh being torn and ripped asunder by each of their insidious devices. Forced into a comatose state, the Navigator was ferried by his beloved children back to the place of their ancestral birth. Where the first Symaarian rose out of the sand was where they built the monumental palace called the Eternity Gate. They hooked their lord and god into a stasis machine in a desperate bid to keep him alive. After ten-thousand years, he holds faint vital signs despite having crumbled almost to dust.

Xantro
Originating on the planet Xantro I, the Xantroan civilization was almost annihilated once, and went great lengths to avoid wars from that point onward. They're constantly working to expand their Empire to other planets (one of which is New Alarna in the Alpha Centauri system).
Some 12 000 years ago, the Xantroan Empire created a base on Earth (with the intent to ultimately take over or ally with us), called Niwtneteru (but let's call it Heliopolis for convenience's sake). Those who lived there were believed by the ancient Egyptians to be gods.
Some 6500 years ago, the Xantroan Empire went to war against Kronos, but after heavy losses on both sides, they made a truce. On Xantro, there's a ban on ever mentioning the war in any non-fictional context. There is however a predominantly Xantroan city on Kronos: Zartaia.
Some 2500 years ago, Heliopolis was abandoned as Egypt was taken over by the Persian Empire, then a few centuries later by Alexander the Great.
Over a year ago, Heliopolis was restored to its current status, a group of islands floating above the Atlantic Ocean outside Africa's northern west coast. All of human government and media's attempts to open communication with Heliopolis have been denied...so far.
Just like Earthlings call themselves 'humans', Xantroans refer to themselves as 'Nitari' (Nitara = feminine singular, Nitaro = singular masculine). They're humanoid to the point of being genetically compatible with humans, but have longer lifespans (their lifespan is reversely proportionate to the number of Xantroans present on the planet, as of their birth or last regeneration) and the ability to trigger a regeneration when near death (restoring their health and giving them a slightly different appearance, a la Doctor Who). Roughly 15% of all Xantroans are 'Illuminated', and have additional powers ('Hekai', singular 'Heka') that they gain in the Rite of Illumination (earliest at age 15).
Duat is a Phantom Zone-like plane of existence where the spirits of non-cooperative criminals are sent, and their bodies destroyed (the procedure is to clone the criminal's body once their sentence is served). It's impossible to escape Duat on their own, but if helped, a spirit from Duat can take possession of a living being once released.
