It depends where you live and some cities still print them if you'd like - some cities still have phoneboothes with phonebooks in them.
Well the best way to find one is to go to your local post office or city hall and ask them if they still print it.
In some places there used to be 2 books. A yellow one (aka the yellow pages) to find peoples, and a white one (aka the white pages) to find stores, buisinesses and services.
Now you can find online "phonebooks" too.
The trouble is that now, most people use mobile phones and mobile numbers are private by default. So to find a number by someone's name or adress is almost impossible. Phonebooks are mainly for landlines.
