If he’s in elementary school, call the principal. In middle school or early high school, I’d start teaching my son self defense. In high school I’d personally confront the bully.

I beat 10 gang members in less than 50 seconds. Bullies are easy to deal with.

Idc if it was my son or daughter who gets bullied. If they can't stand up to the bullies, then they are both cowards (coz the word "coward" is not gender-specific, only society doesn't think of that)

If it's a girl bully advocate for talking it out. If it fails inform an adult.
