Would you rather clean the ocean or feed the hungry?
Clean the ocean. There will always be hungry. It is simply part of nature. Leaving our crap in the ocean is only screwing with nature.
Feed the ocean.
with hungry people?
@staticspeedster: Yup.
Put the hungry to work cleaning the ocean. To each according to their needs, from each according to their ability.

This. Although I would feed them for a while first if they were badly starving.
no context behind these two choices at all.
Based on my own interpretation, clean the ocean. Feed the hungry sounds like I need to use my money. Money is mine. I hate sharing.

I was actually being sympathetic and attempting to be selfless man who wants to take care of others. I personally have changed my opinion because you gave me perspective.
Clean the ocean there will always be hungry people, a clean ocean can help fight hunger in some places tho.
I voted cleaning the ocean but after watching Grave of the Fireflies, I am not so sure anymore. Yes, cleaning the ocean would alleviate world hunger but I'd also be tempted to take a more direct approch.
Seeing as how the ocean is an excellent food sorce I'd clean the ocean & just teach people to fish responsibly.
Get the hungry to eat the homeless. Once they're nice and full they can clean the ocean. 3 birds one stone!
What about those who choose to be homeless & don't reside in the cities?
@dr_shenanigans: You found a flaw in my perfect plan damn it! Back to the drawing board I guess.

Hang on! CV needs a "Would you support Soylent Green as a food source?" thread!
@dr_shenanigans: Make it happen! CV is the place to ask the poignant questions.

I want to but I'm not exactly sure how to phrase the question since I doubt today's youth knows that Soylent Green is people.
