Would you rather be a werewolf or a vampire

I like vampires better but i feel like a werewolf is easier to live with

I would just leave whenever a full moon is coming.

The werewolf is too much in the grip of the environment, it is the moon that leads his life, transforms him into a relentless killer, then leaves him panting, until the next moon.

The vampire manages his own hunger. He assumes his rancor and revenge and delights in it.

But with these given conditions I'd take vampire easily. You can use your condition to earn money, you can be a public figure. I'm certain that you'll get someone to donate blood lol, vampire fans would love to. Vampire buys.

Werewolf because I like garlic.

Werewolves are badass. Vampires are cool too partly because they can fly and turn into bats but I don't want to be having a taste for human blood. Also, TheInsufferable made a good point, I also love garlic so I don't want to be a vampire. Yes, werewolves try to eat humans and other animals, but God wouldn't punish me for killing as a werewolf because it is out of my control and I've not become animalistic by choice, it has happened because unluckily the full moon has turned me into a monster which is something I can't control. God doesn't punish predators like crocodiles, lions, tigers, wolves for eating herbivores so God won't punish me for becoming a carnivorous monster during the night-time as a werewolf. I could try to stop myself from going on a rampage eating people, by looking at full moon charts on the calendar or online in advance and then lock myself away in my bedroom so that I can't escape the house and kill people, but it might not work if I have super strength as a werewolf. Professor Lupin had a tough time as a werewolf.

A Vampire without the common weaknesses many claim>werewolf

Werewolf. I'm surprised more are saying vampire. They've got like 10 different weaknesses.

Werewolves are also much cooler.

In some myths they probably don't get those weakness, sometimes the sunlight thing doesn't exist, just like the wooden stake at the werewolf heart.

A werewolf would probably kill more people, due to lack of control. You don't have to kill anyone as a vampire.

depends on the medium. id rather be a vamp if it was TVD verse style than say the strain. werewolfs always have a shit go in any medium tbh.

Most vampires have super speed and strength.

You also may not have a choice. Remember it's depicted as a weakness for a reason in Most vampire media. Bloodthirst can sometimes be very hard if not impossible to control

Being stuck inside most of the day, having lethal reactions to garlic, being unable to enter people's homes without permission etc, feels more inconveniencing than turn into big hairy monster once a month

True. But the bloodthirst is usually depicted as something you get better at managing with time. It's still mostly down to your individual will power, whether you will kill someone or not. As opposed to a monthly werewolf transformation, where you lose control flat out, and go on a rampage.
