That's a good scenario, I think I'd try to do that instead of jumping in the bullet's way.

Speaking from experience, A guy pulled a gun out on me and my girlfriend at the time a long time ago, I yanked her to stand behind me without thinking about it. He didn't discharge it or anything, it probably wasn't even loaded, and let us go.
I dont know what I would do.... its kinda hard to say when you've never been in a position like that. Some time ago I was walking my younger sister home from school and some guys came out with some knives. I pushed (not like PUSH just... nudged) my sister behind me to protect her. Turned out it was a 'joke' my friend got his friends to do. But anyways, if I would do that for my little sister, I guess I would do it for my boyfriend. But... guns and knives are kinda different... so its kinda hard to say...
But heck, my boyfriend better try and protect me! XP
I probably would, depending on the person... Maybe a well respected family member. As for it being a friend or something, I don't know about that. I don't trust anyone 100% if their name isn't God or Jesus Christ, and I would hesitate because I'd be wondering if that person would do the same for me. My father once argued with my mother about some things. My mom said she would die for me and siblings. My father said otherwise. It kinda hurt to hear him say that, but I wanted to believe that he didn't mean because he was frustrated at the time. Not everyone is that generous to the point where they'd give their life to safe another.
The guy I'm currently seeing? I don't think I'd take a bullet for him. I definitely don't love him. There are other people I would save though or at least pull out of the way, like my best guy friend. I would save him for sure.

the bullet doesn't have to hit you i mean maybe the girl/guy got shot but you tried.. in my case i would wait after he shoots and hit.. then jump lmao :P .... wait im supose to be in the middle not evil.. ups lol
Wouldn't it be smarter to just push the GF/BF out of the way? Then you both live long enough for the gunmen to cap you both while you're laying on the ground.

Im differnt, it dont have to be a mate, it could be an old man or woman, it could be a stranger in the street,Anyone pointing a gun at anyone near me, Im going to jump infront of the bullet without a thought more. Stair right into the thugs eyes and almost dare him as i walk towards him, trying to psyic him out...if it dont work. oh well. if it does. good for me!
