Well, I'd probably feel that irrational tightening of the stomach that happens whenever an odd stress situation comes up if that makes any since. Like having to present, and despite being ready you just feel tight in the stomach, or any situation that one isn't used to, but can be seen as stressful. But I'd know that I have this case in the bag, and could counter sue for neglection.
