Would you be buried alive for 6 months for a trillion dollars?

@redhood_jaytodd: Yeah 6 months is kinda a long time & I'm sure everyone would have their freakout moments while their buried but I'd bet people could bounce right back once they're out. Maybe a little nutty but still functional.

I know I could handle it. I'm not claustrophobic & rather like confined spaces, I love the dark & have already have a dissociative disorder & autism so extreme self-imposed isolation is already a normal part of my life. Boredom is the real monster here, there's gonna be a lot of a....."self gratification?" going on in that coffin to pass the time.

Yall taking the amount of time within 6 months for granted. You know how long minutes can be when you're not doing anything?

It's going to get stuffy, smelly, and hot in that casket which will drive up your nerves.

I would bring down a knife, stab in my heart so that I would be “dead” until they removed it.

I'd finally catch up on my sleep, be able to pay off my bills, and when I come out I'd have lost a few pounds

This is stupid, liying on your back without moving would be so painfull that it would be unberable. And I'm not talking only of blisters, but all sorts of pain. Then the lack of oxigen would make you pass out, and no water and food would turn you into a mummy.

You must provide a bigger space, at least where you can stand up/lie down, with fresh air and a bit of water and food for this to be a challenge.

I still need to drink and defecate. Even if you handwave those things away there's no amount of money worth my sanity.

The real question is if I initially accept the challenge would I be allowed to leave if I folded, or would I have to wait the entire 6 months ?

People used to survive years in solitary confinement and escape with their minds intact. Depends on your mental discipline, and your personality. But no, I would not sacrifice six months of my life for money, although I can see the appeal.

How much poop can fit in there?

After a while you would eventually run out of oxygen, food and water. You'd be in a constant state of dying for the next 6 months nonstop, pure hell. No one here would actually last more than a couple days.
