Women in Metal

 Y'know this is something often under looked. There are a lot of female artists in music, that every year are recognized for their beauty, grace, and most of all, the sound.
 
I'm a metal head. Sure, I listen to everything, but metal is a passion. And women in metal are sadly unappreciated by a lot of people. Their out rocking just as hard as the rest of us, and looking hella sexy doing it. So here are some of my favorites. 
  
 
 

I wouldn't call Skillet metal per se. If you like women and metal. What about Epica?  
 

The chick from Arch Enemy is and always has looked completely creepy singing in that growl of hers.

i can't think of any metal girls off the top of my head. so a Crusty punk one will have to do.

Women do not belong in metal. The only thing they have done to the metal scene is fill it with pseudo-opera crap.

Enough of this female "metal" crud. Why pollute the vine with awful music?

I just do not understand how people could listen to such filth. Females are a disgrace to the male created scene of metal. True metal are bands like Slayer and Iron Maiden. Most people who listen to these female vocalists have emo tendencies buried within them. "

The only bands I have listened to with a female vocalist were Animal Alpha who have recently disbanded and Voltera, both made some pretty good music though...
