It seems like after Bordertown failed and That Fox has kept their same animated line up of shows such as The Simpsons, Bobs Burgers or Family Guy.
Will Fox ever make new animated sitcoms?
If they do it will be Disneyfied.
It won't. Iger has gone on record multiple times that they don't want to change Fox's formula to adhere with the standards of the mainstream Walt Disney standard. The usual raunchy nature of the Fox comedies will remain.
@mutant1230: I hope so. I'm actually more worried about FX's shows that push the boundaries.
Probably, but you have to remember that most of the FOX animated shows were bad or failures.
- Axe Cop (2013; moved to FXX)
- The Cleveland Show (2009–13)
- High School USA! (2013; moved to FXX)
- Lucas Bros. Moving Co. (2013–14; moved to FXX)
- Allen Gregory (2011)
- Napoleon Dynamite (2012)
- Sit Down, Shut Up (2009)
- The P.J.'s (1999)
For every Simpsons, there was a P.J.'s, for every King of the Hill, a Critic (although I liked the Critic and in all fairness the Critic started on ABC). I love Bob's Burgers but that means we get saddled with a Bordertown until it's canned or jettisoned to cable. Hell, even Family Guy and Futurama were cancelled once before returning from the grave, and in my opinion both overstayed their welcome after that.
