If we weren't unlucky against Belgium we would have beat Italy in the quarters and easily dispatched England imo. Good for Italy, having a debate against my Italians friends as to why Portugal would have won.

Also just because portugal can't get past the group stage doesn't actually means that they had no chance at winning the euros, btw Portugal was very unlucky vs Belgium, they could've won it but they weren't because they're unlucky, the stats of the game itself proves it.

Also yeah, i agree that England has a surperior team, but in reality, anything could happen, Just look at how Switzerland knocked out france in the euros, france literally has a surperior team then England itself.

Also remember euro 2016? Portugal won against france in the finals without Ronaldo, so uh, yeah.

@sixpathsofcapra: ??? You're crazy to think that. Most portuguese people ain't even ronaldo fans, so whenever we praise ronaldo it's for real, and again most portuguese people like to focus on role players that exceed on their role like, renato cancel and our boy that everyone loves pepe.

We would have no problem with England. England a supreme team? I agree that pickford is your best player, but even then he wouldn't be better nor more consistent than rui patricio. England had the easiest path with the easiest group and literally played all but 1 of their games at home(basically host advantage) and still lost to italy(which Portugal beats or otherwise dominates), not a good look sweaty.
