Chronic back, leg, neck, and shoulder pain. I finally had to give in after ten years and use a cane. They'll carry me out feet first before they get me in a chair ;).

I hear ya' man, broke mine on a trampoline when I was 11, had four falling trees clobber the shit out of me "separate incidents not four at once" broke both my knees jumping off a pump house because I didn't have a ladder on hand & then again being run over by a tractor.

I wouldn't call it walking, I usually just drag my left leg because lifting it or bearing weight on it is almost unbearable most of the time but I "self medicate" & keep at it.

Probably should've stayed in school & learned a trade other than commercial logging, mining, fishing & construction.

I have this irrational fear that Bear might make me drink my own (or worse, his) pee before it even gets to the point that it's necessary, so I'll probably take most anyone on that list but him.

Drinking pee is immediately necessary, once you're already dehydrated it wont do you any good.

@killerforhire: I was actually just making a joke about that time drinking urine was a big thing on Bear's show, back when you only see that type of thing if you actually search for it on the net. It was such a novelty to the television viewing public that the studio probably mandated that he do it every other episode or so for a fairly long stretch of his show.

Yes, they ARE a pain in the ass, but the first time you fall or otherwise injure yourself at work i PROMISE your boss isn't going to care and you're going to be stuck like chuck. It's what finally convinced me, I had a seizure and fell off a roof. All my boss was worried about was that the job wasn't done and he kept (presumably because he was worried about a lawsuit) reminding me that I'd never told him I had seizures. Which would be because I'd only had one before then and the ER doc told me it was because I'd had a food allergy. (Wrong ,btw).

Cover your butt hero. Trust me, no one else is going to. I hate to be pessimistic, but I've been there, just trying to help cover your six.
