It embodies the natural rights to arm yourself with any appropriate weapons that you see fit for self-defense.

I would say that rights to self-defense is far more important than free speech in the most practical and natural setting.

Because it is your last line of protection from agents the will infringe your other rights (including free speech and self-expression) using acts of violence.
