Women...
Masturbation.
Drugs. Smokes. Alcohol.
If you end up an alcoholic that probably evens up with drugs.
Not that I know from experience...
Smoking damages your teeth and your lungs.
Drinking damages your liver.
Drugs damage your brain cells.
Up to you what you consider the worse. Jmarshmallow
@ JetiiMitra: In the sense of how it effects the body, theyre all not drugs. Alcohol and cigs are considered mainstream, where as coke, meth, crack etc not so much

I think smoking, with drugs and alcohol there is A.A and N.A. Most people quit smoking on their own.
@cgoodness: Caffeine. Yes. I used to drink it but stopped easily years ago, now just decaf soda, tea, juice and water for me.
@wolverine08: Kat looks stuck up(I mean her poses lol) I'm sure she's nice, but she is hot as hell lol. She's kind of big lol. You like her a lot I've noticed, how would you react if she kissed you? lol
Masturbation.
So sex for you? :P
It's hard trying to quit being the best there is.
True, plus different people are different. Some have stronger wills then others.
@blade_r that's interesting.
@comicace3: Caffeine and all the other garbage that goes into most of those things.

Ah. I have friends who've had that same addictions. They drink excessive amount of monster a day, or drink coffee often.
@comicace3: I actually still drink coffee sometimes, I don't seem to have a problem with it. But I used to drink Monster, Rockstar, NOS, etc., spent all my money on them and got super addicted and ended up really sick.
Don't know about the drugs on the list, but drugs in general are a pain to quit. Withdrawal is not fun.

Same thing with my friends. When I dared them to stop the energy drinks , they couldn't do anything in school. Concentration was low, they were out of breath easily and had stomach pains. Its actually a real problem that should be dealt with. As for coffee, I drink it too but I really think it has like 0 effect on me. I could drink like gallons and sleep like a baby in a matter of minutes.
There is a massive difference between an addiction and a habit. As the poll is about habits I would say the most difficult to give up is usually the one you can make the most excuses for, or find the most reasons to do. I never liked drinking, had many fun years clubbing on drugs with no regrets and stopped smoking a few years ago with no issue. But coffee...the weakness in my life...I cannot help myself. I cannot sleep without a cup before putting my head down. I have migraines if I do not drink it.
The monster first appeared when I was working in a lab doing genetic research. Set up an experiment, which could take many hours, then kill time by drinking coffee and reading research papers. I was up to 16-20 cups a day, quadruple espressos had no effect on me. Then the withdrawal turned me into an angry monster. It was not gamma rays or super serum that unleashed the beast, just simple arabica. Now years later I am down to about 6-8 cups a day. But compared to all the other crazy stuff I did...coffee is a sweet evil curse.
Addiction doctors say Alcohol is the hardest and very damaging substance to sober up from.
This.........
Perhaps Bad habits was my mistake, definitely more of a serious case im asking. But Feel free to elaborate on both habit and addiction.
@slimj87d: So ive heard, ive known a few alcoholics and ex ones they tell me its the worst, one of them used to do everything says alcohol hit him the hardest.
