Which has better nature scenes: USA or Canada?
You Canadians and your stupid Grand Canyon.
We have the largest lakes in the world right here in California
@spareheadone: Canada is a frozen wasteland
Canada has beautiful country, mountainous, wilderness, and some lakes up there. But because of the geography and climate, it just lacks a lot of the diversity in the US. Which the US also has similar scenes from glacier national park to Alaska. As for the diversity of the US:
Awesome desert national parks, Yosemite, Yellowstone, - tropical, be it Hawaii, to some semi-tropical scenes in places like CA or FL. Lush marhlands in the SE, with several national parks and even the native alligators...
Vast amounts of prairie states that have awesome thunderstorms and tornados, if it is those types of nature pictures you are after.
We have some awesome national parks, bar none up by New Hampshire/Fort Ticonderoga, etc - up in the NE as well, of a different sort than the other forest choices out west.
I know I am excluding a lot I am not bothering to look up in a complete list here, but I just have a hard time seeing Canada match the entire breadth and scope of the US's large variety of biomes and landscapes, where much of the Canadian land is locked up under a specific couple types of climates, be it the frozen tundra, to more just the cold north that isn't frozen up all year.

Wait what? The Grand Canyon is in Arizona dude.
@the_thereminist: I was thrown off by that too lol. I live in Michigan and we have the great lakes and amazning sand dunes. Canada is a frozen patch of dirt and woods. USA! USA! USA!

Ah man I've always wanted to live in the Upper Peninsula or at least just check it out.
@the_thereminist: the UP is gorgeous but is inhuman cold in the winter. Mackinac island is also very pretty. USA just has way more variety then Canada.
USA stomps and its a lot more diverse
Alaska itself is more beautiful than Canada
From someone whose traveled the USA and canada pretty extensively

I live in northern Minnesota, I'm no stranger to the harsh cold, I've felt that -80°F wind chill. Actually got frost bite on all my fingers this year, no real tissue damage but I have no feeling in the tips of my fingers.
I'm going to answer with just 1 compound word: Yellowstone.
A continent busting super volcano? It is pretty I guess but damn Yellowstone scares me.
USA just has way more variety then Canada.
And beaches. Although I've never actually seen a Canadian beach, they might be nice idk.
Florida solos. We have the Everglades.
The Everglades is an acquired taste, I think most would consider it absolutely miserable & frankly a huge hideous swamp.

You'd be surprised. Many sections of it are more beautiful than you think. I'm a Floridian and been to the Everglades numerous times.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. Either way, my belief stands.

No I'm not being sarcastic. I legitimately would love to fire up a fatty & just chill up there & take in the scenery.

Oh ok lol. It looks like an observation tower. On a beautiful day, it would be a very nice place to chill.
@redhood_jaytodd: Yeah I'm gonna google map the hell out of the Everglades. I may have spoken too soon. My first hand experience wasn't pleasant but I was a kid at the time & didn't get the full scale.
Where are the images damnit?
Canada
The U.S.: Just Utah & Hawaii
What part of Florida you from, dude? I have the Everglades basically in my backyard.
Orlando. What about you?

Yo dudes! I'm going a bit off topic but I'm super into old forts & castles & I know Florida has a bunch of old stone forts. What do y'all know about all that?
Fort Jefferson in Key West is the god of gulf coast island forts.
Both have some AMAZING unique and diverse natural landscapes. I SUPPOSE Canada might come out slightly ahead as it has more of them though I don't know that they could be said to have "better".
I know in Saint Augustine they have the Castillo de San Marcos and Castle Otttis. Saint Augustine is an awesome town to visit and the oldest European city in the US.
In Homestead we also have the Coral Castle which is an architectural anamoly and said to have been built supernaturally.

May I present to you: the Castillo De San Marcos in St. Augustine, Florida. It is the largest and oldest masonry fort in the Continental United States. It's a MUST for fans of these structures like yourself. The entire fort is made up of cocquina, giving it a unique and tasteful appearance from the inside and out.
I haven't been to Fort Jefferson in the Keys. I just did some research on it, and I must say, I have gotta check this out. I haven't been to Key West in forever, but damn we didn't check this fortress out!
Mother russia
Do not suffer. I know you’re bold enough.
@redhood_jaytodd: I agree. Castillo de San Marcos is a beautiful site. St. Augustine as a whole is an amazing city.
Why is nobody mentioning Hawaii? It counts.
I did...Twice, and Puerto Rico.
