Which habit makes someone less attractive: smoking or gambling?

Smoking is worse!

To each their own. If smoking effects their life where they have to stop what they are doing to go get a cigarette, then yeah that is bad. Same thing with gambling, if it is all they can think about and negatively effects their life. That’s bad too.

Drinking is what makes people become unattractive, it also makes them dumber.

If I see a woman smoking, it's an instant turnoff. Smokey smelling hair and clothes, bad breath. Nah, can't do it.

If I see a woman gambling, I think nothing of it. As long as it's not a gambling addiction, I don't care.

If you're not funding their gambling, then it really doesn't effect you. Now if their stealing from you or selling off gifts to fuel said gambling then, that's kind of a different issue all together.

I don't mind gambling. I don't play Poker but I enjoy watching it and I enjoy people like Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu making reads and playing Poker. I do play online Texas Hold-Em Poker but it doesn't involve real money. I don't like it when people cheat in Poker though. Heck, even the National Lottery can be considered gambling. If you're spending money on lottery tickets to try and get that millions in currency. I don't like gambling used on betting on which jockey (in horse racing) or which greyhound would win in a race because I feel sorry for the horses and the greyhounds. Perhaps horse jockey racing and greyhound racing should be banned. Some types of gambing are fine and other types of gambling are bad. Yes, excess gambling is bad. But I still think that smoking, to me, is less attractive than excess gambling. I neither gamble nor smoke.

Smoking can damage the lungs and it can spoil the teeth. Smoking can also be harmful to people in the proximity due to second hand smoke.

Smoking is more unattractive than gambling by far. Depending on preference, vaping and smoking cigarettes are very unattractive, while smoking fancy cigars symbolizes power and wealth.

Smoking is more physically and mentally unattractive. The smell of cigars or weed on a person in general is a turn off unless your into that kind of stuff or theyre like John Constantine who could do it and still be hot. Theres also the tolls that a smoking addiction can have on them which seem harder to break or deal with than gambling.

Smoking:

- grey-yellow shade of teeth and bad skin.

- awful overall smell, even if you use tons of perfume.

- awful breath AND taste (kissing) and I mean awful.

- all of your stuff, your car, your room smells as well.

- almost 50% chance to get lung cancer and the other 50% will also oftentimes get throat cancer and other serious diseases. In short, not an attractive prospect for a life-long relationship.

- smoking kills brain cells and eyesight slowly but surely, so you also need to take into consideration that you may end up dating someone who goes nearly blind and progressively dumber in the longrun.

Yeah, it's pretty damn appalling. I've been with my share of smokers, and dumped all of them almost instantly. Smoking is a lot less attractive.

Gambling can be a serious issue too though. In some cases, probably more serious than smoking. But only if you allow it to get out of control. If you're gambling only with your own savings and you're able to keep the rest of your money out of it definitively, and you earn enough to get by when it comes to what you need for survival, taxes and stuff its basically just an expensive hobby. You can live with a gambler just fine, the only downside will be the fact that you will rarely get presents lmao.

I hate smoking, I just can't stand this smell. Gambling is also not attractive for me cause my ex-boyfriend wasted all our money there, only once he managed to return his money back, when he finally used some sort of trusted casinos list..
