What's your favourite dog breed?

I have a corgi

I have two. Cocker Spaniel and Rat Terrier. I used to have a Rat Terrier, but he passed away in 2015, and now I have a Cocker Spaniel. I hope one day to have a hybrid Cocker Spaniel and Rat Terrier.

I wouldn't really say I have a favorite dog breed, I don't really like dogs but the smaller & more ornery the better.

I accidentally came into 5 Pitbulls that turned out to be pretty good dogs but I don't want anymore large dogs.

I really don't. Most of them are uggly (sorry dog lovers). They are stupid animal, even the trained ones.

Baby Pitbulls

I've owned a Jack Russel Terrier who lived to be 16 before we out her down due to brain tumor, and I have a Mutt.

I think Mutts are the way to go most pure breeds have genetic Heath problems that you'll have to contend with eventually.

My favorite dogs are the humans I breed in my basement.

Beagles for the win. Cute, smart, playful, and helps me find my lost socks.

Love me some Border Collies, but one interesting breed I'd like to interact with, if not own, one day is a Borzoi.

Siberian Husky and Saint Bernard.

I voted for Husky, but I'm glad German Shepherd is winning.

Rottweilers are nice as well.

I had a Miniature Schnauzer named "King" Solomon. Best and most loving dog ever.

I currently have a Miniature Pinscher named "Prince" Phineas/Finn. He basically hates everyone not in the family but we still love him.

My family raised Schnauzers since the 1700's, from miniature, medium and giant Schnauzers, during the late 1800's we replaced them for other breeds for the farm as guardians, for rat pest control and the hunt, then we only owned them as companions.

Today in modernity, we only have Schnauzers as companions, a part of my family in Austria still owns giant Schnauzers as guardians, because they are still very reliable.

So, personally, I grew up with Schnauzers, so...

German Shepherd, because I have one.

Golden-doodles. I am yet to see a bad acting one. They’re all super friendly and always have cool personalities.

Cats are better. I'll debate anyone if they so desire.

There is no debate. Show me all the medals won by cats for performance as police and in war.

@irishx: I meant as domesticated pets. In terms of accomplishments of course dogs have the upper hand. I like cats better because they are less to contend with and calm.

Well even as domesticated pets Dogs are far more useful as protectors of the home. Even small ones who if anything can warn you of an intruder.

Dogs have been known to detect and alert people with unknown health issues. They are useful in helping the blind.

It's ok to like cats. I'm an animal lover in general. But dogs are superior to cats. There is a reason they are called Man's Best Friend.
