@yassassin: What’s your program look like?
@king_saturn: I remember living in a time like this. Seems so far away now.
@god_spawn: lol Contrary to the apparent popular belief, I'm not that old. Guess it was because of that 24 in my previous username. Lots of users thought that was my age.
@god_spawn: You youngsters these days show no respect to those older than you. Tsk, tsk, tsk... :p
It sucks to get old. You start to realize how awesome stuff was back in like 2009 and realize that was 10 years ago and these new weenies that are running the culture all are weirdos.

It's more of less,PPLPPLx though, every two weeks I switch from my 3 and 5 rep maxes.to my 10 rep max.
@yassassin: Do you do the same bench style twice a week? Meaning you are flat barbell benching twice a week, or is it more of a one day flat bench then second push day is a variation of like a close grip, pause bench or floor press?

So Psycho-Pass 3 is out, huh? I'm kind of hesitant to watch it though since I haven't watched the movies yet and I don't know how relevant to it they are going to be. Just hope they are better than S2.
At least the new Pokemon movie won't be made using CGI. Still have watched the Power of Us movie though.

It's good to see you too Mr. Weenie
I still believe that The Fly with Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis is one of the best Horror Films ever. The ending scenes is something gross to watch.

It's mostly just flat and incline barbell twice a week.
I swear the Friday the 13th video game is probably the best 20 bucks I spent on a video game in a while. I wish they had cheats to make Jason move faster though.
@yassassin: Gotcha. Id say do the flat bench twice a week unless I’m reading this wrong. My other recommendation would either be stay in that 3-5 rep range or even a 5-6 rep range for 4-6 weeks with increasing weight. And if you want to do a back off set, then do your reps of 10 there. Staying in that for a longer period of time before going to a 10 rep range is just a different stimulus and might be what you need for your CNS to kick start again since you might be giving it time to adapt. Aside from that, I’d say add in variation depending on where you’re stuck in the lift IE lockout so a floor press or close grip bench. If you get stuck on the chest, pause bench or a dead bench.
TL;DR
Bench more. Added frequency can solve most problems.
Stay in 3-5 or 5-6 rep range for a longer period of time. Or do the 10 rep range on your second bench day.
Add in a variation if necessary.
I don’t want to completely disrupt your program, so these are just some small tips.
Just my advice. I’d say try tip 1 first and at least stay in a lower rep range for a few more weeks. You can throw the variation in wherever/whenever you feel necessary.
It's hard to believe Black Folks would have Jerry Curl hairstyles back in the 1980's and did not feel that they looked Ridiculous.
For some reason I am still mildly excited for Terminator : Dark Fate despite the feelings of mediocrity I think the film will be.
The director's relatively new but his two earlier directed movies are well received films and Raimi's handling production.
I'm intrigued.
Finally done with the Psycho-Pass movies. They weren't bad, definitely better than S2. That's for sure. And the animation was rather good actually, with some good fights. Now I can check S3. Really curious to see when does it takes place.
You know a show is ending when they start killing the characters. At least now they can't return from the dead.
A Superman show, huh? If it wasn't on CW, I might have been excited about it but now...
CCC Gilgamesh must be quite powerful considering the people they have him fight in the forums here.
@king_saturn: You mean that sitcom-like show with the puppets?
Green Arrow and the Canaries lol Sounds like a music band from the 60s.I guess they are going for that since they can't use the Birds of Prey now.
I take it we won't be getting another Superman movie for a while since that CW Superman show was greenlit. Not expecting much from it but I do have to admit, I do like them going for a Super-Family. Especially since the comics have essentially dropped that concept ever since Bendis took over the Superman books.
The first episode of S3 of Psycho-Pass was surprisingly good. Although after S2, I'm still a bit afraid we might end up with another mess in our hands. But so far it looks good. And I'm a bit surprised they are going for 45 minute long episodes.
Remembering having a same sex crush on a professor barely a few years older than me from more than a year back feels weird.
Remembering that water polo sculpted body makes it feel worse.
@yassassin: To what?
