I thought Joker was a Top 3 film of 2019, I don't think it's quite "The Masterpiece" everyone has been saying it is though. The beginning of the Third Act sort of dragged, but it's great Storytelling none the less.
Finally Babylonia is out. Let's see how this one is going to be like. AU Fate shows can be rather inconsistent when it comes to quality. Hopefully this is one of the better ones.
At least Bendis didn't turn Teen Lantern into Ironheart 2.0. She isn't a genius like her who made her own Green Lantern technology. Curious to see what's the deal with her tech though.

I guess Drive Knight must have gotten quite the feats in the new OPM chapters for him to suddenly be included in all these battle threads. Must say, his design is rather nice.
Every few years comic book companies feel the need to replace their main heroes but it almost never ends well...
Babylonia was great animation-wise, do have some concerns about the story though. And it does seem a bit odd that they decided to adapt the seventh Singularity and not the others first. Even Camelot which is the sixth one, will be released after that. Also, if someone isn't familiar with FGO, I suppose they would feel a bit lost watching that.
@magian: Drive Knight was an absolute boss in the latest chapter of OPM. The design of some of his transformations are gorgeous and he showed off some versatile weapons and tech as well.
@magian: I thought so hence why I avoided spoilers. All I'll say is the next season with the Monster Association will show off the S Class heroes more.
Can't say I like the new layout much. While I'm glad that the reply/quote buttons are not next to the flag one, wish edit and delete weren't next to each other, there are still several things that need to be fixed and from what I've read, there are now issues with a lot of the text features. Not surprised.
While I'm not generally a big fan of things like this, since we all know the originals will be back at some point and that make it feel like a cheap stunt, it really depends on how they do it. Hopefully they learned from Marvel's mistakes and not end up with one giant mess in our hands.
Finally finished Dai-Guard. I liked it, I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. It was a bit different than what I thought but it definitely a good one. But it sure took me a while to finish this one. Must be getting old. Can't let others surpass me lol
No idea what to watch now. Could stick to the seasonals for now. Have a couple of them to watch. Plus so many shows are starting now.

It's a dumb glitch, but that's a good way around it, thankfully. Hopefully they hurry up and add the spoiler tags onto the public boards soon.

they're talking about cutting off power to essentially all of northern california tomorrow... I have a strange feeling that is not for the benign reasons they say it is.
Had a feeling characters from Shield Hero would show up in Isekai Quartet and I was right. It should called Isekai Quintet but anyway. Do hope they make the new season funnier and more absurd. The first season had its moments but it didn't really capitalise on it much.
If they can maintain this level of animation in Babylonia, then at least it will be nice to look at. Plus I want to see more on Enkidu and Gilgamesh.
Two episodes into Primal and once again Genndy Tartakovsky shows that he's one of the best Western animated shows directors with a strong and emotional investing narrative (without a single line of dialogue) and awesome looking action sequences.
The Iruma anime was actually decent. It's like someone took Rosario +Vampire, took the harem and fanservice elements out, put some stuff Overlord in and made it funnier. Hope the rest is as good.
So they did 24 hours live-stream just to show us Ponyta'a regional variant? Don't know who is in charge of promotion but they should probably find someone else.
Have to agree with that review. Askeladd seems like the most interesting character on the show atm.
Ok, so they are supposedly going to replace most of their flagship heroes during that 5G event. And there are plenty of candidates for most heroes that can replace them. But I'm curious to see who they are going to replace Diana with.
