The town is overrun by aliens. Those turned act differently, with some acting trying too hard to pass as human and come off as fake . While others act more aggressive, or sexual (especially the woman).

The alien has modified the host, so they can survive things that would normally kill a normal person such as decapitation, gunshot wounds, and can regenerate back limbs lost.

The only way to kill them is by dehydrating the body of the victims such as trapping them in a sauna.
