So even though I don't eat cheese anymore, I still miss it (fotunetely it has good replacements), it's as delicious as food can get. Let this thread be a tribute to everyone's favourite white and yellow snack; could be any type of cheese, spreads even. Name it.

I’m partial to provolone and mozzarella, I guess. I’ve tried cheese platters in Europe but I don’t think I’m highbrow enough to appreciate gouda or guyere.

Good ol' American. But if I'm sipping on some vino, then it's Primadonna all the way.

I'll have to say either mozarella or feta cheese BTW. Some other native cheeses too.

Extra Sharp Cheddar for Macaroni. I'm sure there are better cheeses that I'm not thinking of though.

Mozzarella. Sometimes I could just eat the entire batch of that instead of placing it on my lasanga.

I love practically all cheeses, but if I was told I could only have one cheese for the remainder of my life I would probably pick Extra Sharp Cheddar...or Aged Swiss... or Smoked Gouda.

Really depends. I don't believe there is a 'best' cheese. If I'm making a roast beef sandwich? Muenster. But for ham, I prefer provolone. If I'm making something like a quesadilla, I love me some Colby-Jack. Although, if I'm being honest, I just love cheese, so, that is a thing.
