What is your favorite comic book cover?

What was your favorite comic book cover ever? my most recent favorite cover is from the sorta recent batman 15 cover. So simple and yet so powerful.

another recent favorite of mine is the cover of red lanterns 16.

I'm not sure, but for whatever reason this was the first to come to mind

Anything by G. Capullo, Tony Morrison, and Arthur Suydam to name a few.

Todd McFarlane's Spider-Man #1. Loved it as a kid, that same love exists to this day

This Silver Surfer variant by Francesco Francavilla.

If the phrase "simple yet powerful" were in comic book cover form, this would be it.

The huge negative space, the lack of any color whatsoever, the intense loneliness just grips you. It perfectly depicts the lone traveler aspect of the Surfer's character. You seldom see it in the comics, but you can only imagine, at the distances he usually has to travel, he must experience these mundane, uneventful dead zones where he's left alone in his mind all the time. What must he ponder as a being with his power and knowledge? A god-like being to many, and yet still so small and insignificant in the grand scale of the universe he traverses.
