I’ll wait to see if it’s actually an engineered virus, which is unlikely, before making up my mind on how the ones who engineered it should be punished.

Regardless of whether China actually engineered or not, they are fully responsible for letting the coronavirus become the pandemic it’s now. They should be held accountable for that at least.
