My guilty pleasure: I eat toenail clippings topped up with bacterial fungus, what do you snack on?
Since I’m in a deficit, I fast until 1-2 so I generally don’t have breakfast.
First meal is either a protein shake (1 scoop whey, 2 cups lactose free milk, 1 tbsp Pb, 1 whole banana) with an apple or maybe a slice of banana bread if I have any OR I’ll just have a meal like rice, tuna and broccoli, or if I’m breaking the fast out with my GF I’ll have wtv at the resto (generally an omelette with potatoes if it’s brunch or a burger if it’s a lunch place.)
Recently nothing, being dropping some extra weights. Only coffee and one cup of cola. Getting out everything I had from the yesterday and then till lunch I feel good and light. Usually when I used to have breakfast, it was cereal or oat and I felt full and heavy and couldn't wait for the lunch. Now it's better.
