- Steve Irwin
- Levon Helm
- Robin Williams
- Anthony Bourdain
Are the four that I really did want to cry over, even thinking about them now has me a little choked up.

None. I don’t know any celebrities personally, so it would be pretty silly of me to be overly emotional about their deaths, imo. If a death has some especially tragic background to it, then I may feel some sentiment akin to “aww that’s too bad” or “that’s horrible” or something. Very little emotion beyond that and life goes on of course.
@dr_shenanigans: Shout out for Levon Helm!

I generally agree with this.
Broke my heart when Eddie Guerrero died though.
Chester Bennington.
His voice really was the voice of my early teenage years ...and got me through a lot.
Dang! I wasn't a fan but I didn't actually know he had died.

The man was a musical genius!
It was only a few days ago but I'm still not over Morgan Freeman. Dont think I'll ever be. RIP.
NOOO! Not Freeman! I hadn't heard. EDIT: Huh? Morgan Freeman isn't dead, Is he?
None, but I do feel bad that we'll never get another Prince album. The day after he died I listened to his music all day long at work.
I don't know that I'd say broken up (except one) but these are the ones that have moved me in some way
Stan Lee brought me very close to tears
Chris Reeve, Robin Williams, Eddie Guerrero, Margot Kidder, Carrie Fisher and Chester Ben. were all hella devastating as well.
@johncena69swag: you asshole
@bumpyboo: I did break down for that

LMAO

Well I’ve cried over a celebrity death as I don’t think I have the capacity to get that upset over somebody I hadn’t known personally. However there have been some deaths that have affected me the most like Alan Rickman’s departure: anyone who grew up watching the HP films and reading the books can relate.
Bourdain death was really unexpected.
Yeah that came out of nowhere, I couldn't even believe it. Haven't been able to get through an episode of Parts Unknown since.
@dr_shenanigans: same here. I had no idea he was (medically) depressive.
People should be more open about that and take their medicine. Someone with a bacterial infection will not (most of the time) forget his/her antibiotics. That should be the same here.

Even his attitude on camera told me he had some issues but I never thought he would actually take his own life.
