@supermanthor: I dont think WB(now owned by AT&T) see Disney as main "Rival" just one of many competitor.

Warner Bros. just has to keep making solid movies with the IPs they have, that's how they'll continue to thrive. Disney used to be the bottom of the barrel when it came to companies but they turned themselves around with Marvel, Star Wars and ESPN. WB already seems to be doing the same thing with the DCEU improving

Everything rises and falls. All empires eventually crumble to dust. The same is true of the movie studios; Disney-Fox, Universal, Warner Bros., Sony-Columbia, Viacom-Paramount, etc...

WB had just as many lucrative properties as Disney. Possibly more so. They just need to actually do more with the branding. just think, they have:

DC

Lord of the Rings

Harry Potter

All of HBO including Game of Thrones

All of Looney Tunes and Hanna Barbara for animation.

They have a plethora of horror movies, IT franchise, Conjuring franchise. All of New Line.

Now with AT&T backing them, they are in a very good spot.

people here seems to think yes wb is in a lot safer position due to at&t

but they cant help wb to complete with disney in movie department

they are more a like a safehouse than a helping hand to me

also in that logic universal is also bigger than disney (which they are if i recall correctly )
