Well-Being Thread

I thought making this thread would be a good idea because why not?

This is a Well-being/ check in thread. And I do know that mental health is very private to people, but I wanted to share my experiences

I have a mild depression, that was passed down to me genetically from my mother. I know it’s mild, but it doesn’t feel like that sometimes. If I had to rate it a 1 out of 10, it would a constant 3, never changing, no matter how good the day or how good the mood. The highest it’s ever been was a 6 or 7. And the feeling I corporate that with is, an emptiness inside, a feeling where I feel so miserable that I‘m not in the mood for anything. I’m sure many others have felt the same or worse. I am making this thread because it is about well-being, share how you’re feeling, good or bad.

I don't know if this applies here,

but I think it's not proper if we encourage people to self-diagnose themselves of some ailment.

We can discuss diseases and disorder in general, some medical experiences and common sensical health advise might also be acceptable (eg: exercise, eating healthy, etc)

but personal cases and symptoms should be verify and address via professional help.

(If this isn't part of the idea of the thread, then disregard this comment).

I'm at a 1 most of the time now but the worst I've ever been was a 5 or 6 and that was right after a loss

Doing pretty well and pretty good.

I'm very grumpy. On Christmas eve, I got a vegetarian indian dinner because a vegetarian person was over with us, and there was no booze.

I'm okay but I lost a pet

I'm okay, been spending at least 6 hours a day playing video games. Trying to bulk up then resume working out next year.

I ate a piece of rainbow that was left In a field after a storm. I think some lightening struck it and broke some off.

Ever since then my 10/10 depression has been cured.

I'm bored as fuck rn lol. I'm on Comic Vine while I'm supposed to be working on school stuff lmao. Smh.

I'm not good lol. But it has been an interesting day.

I'm glad there is an option to turn it off, as I hope I don't ever make a stupid or embarassing face in it 😂

@factg: omg same!! Lmao. And even then, for some reason I sometimes feel paranoid that both the mic and camera aren’t actually off because they’re glitched and that the teachers are just acting like they don’t hear or see me lol.

One time, I thought my mic was off and it wasn't, and my brother said a swear and my teacher heard it lol.

@factg: lmao that’s amazing. Something similar actually happened to me last week (I forgot what day) where my mom was watching the news and one classmate heard some of it and said on the chat “is that the US capital I hear??” XD.

One of my classmates accidentally had his camera on, and he was watching sports or something. I texted him and then he finally shut it off. Idk why my Spanish teacher didn't hear it lol.

@factg: oh did he really 😂 yeah that sometimes happens in mine too. A while ago there were these workers fixing some of the apartments and I kept getting worried the tools that were so loud were gonna be heard over the mic lol.

I was in-person today, for the first time in a month or so. It's weird in Rhode Island lol.

@factg: ah I see lol we were actually supposed to physically come back as well this month but not anymore XD.

I actually wanna stay home from now on lol

@factg: yeah it’s better that way lol but I’m so out of shape compared to last year where my mile times were like 7-8 minutes and shit. But I still retain my athletic build lol.

Fastest I've done is like 7:20 I think for the mile

@factg: ah nice. Mine was like 8:05 or something if I recall. I could never get a better one than that, I was never that fast XD.
