As much as I hate to say it, yes. As Rhodesia, at least they were politically stable, relatively non-violent, and at least their economy was not as bad as it is now. Sure the black citizens of Rhodesia lived under white supremacy, but at least back then they were not the second poorest country in Africa (behind only the DRC), they did not rely on food imports (which, even with their imports, they cannot feed their people), and at least their government did not authorize mass killings.
