It's really sad to see what the UK has become. A nation where people are arrested for ideas, terrorism is considered "part and parcel" of living in a big city, the native population is getting replaced and crimes are going ignored because the perpretrators are foreigners. Is there any salvation at all for the british?

Not really, we're all screwed. This bleak outcome is something I've come to terms with a while back and my pessimistic attitude has been a part of my character for years at this point.

The fact the UK government would rather try and punish people for what they view and think rather than addressing the root causes of terrorism, mostly jihadism at that, says a lot about the state of the UK. Though the native population being 'replaced' isn't really the problem, it's the ideology of those who refuse to properly integrate that's the main issue.

Actually, the (current) environment in Britain is because of liberalism; it just simply wouldn't make any sense at all thinking the other way around; the environment is very clearly and obviously an attempt to extricate the country and culture from its Christian roots and foundations (e.g. honestly, a place that gave birth to Richard Dawkins is suddenly anti-liberal or right wing, is that what you're saying?). After looking at a couple of videos about this it appears aimed at the population there considered right wing more than anything else (e.g. and right wing may have been adjusted to encompass the people with Christian values more than anything else; basically, it seems to have gone from the encroachment phase or a very advanced encroachment phase upon Christianity to getting dangerously to an environment that's just a step or two away from an all out active persecution of Christianity in the name of liberalism).

Everything is happening according to my expectations, we aren't far away from multiple coups in Europe, it's only enough to provoke the population, to have the right political party, many military officials at your side and finally, the right international ideology movement such like the Identitarian Movement which was founded in France and which strongly spread in Europe.

In the next 30 years, we will see how the liberals will meet with an inevitable backfire and I hope their representants within the political spectrum, are sentenced to death for provoking this all in Europe and possibly in the U.S.

@dernman: What liberals did in Europe is a treason against their homeland, the military is mainly driven by the nation's interest, but when the political balance tends to go against the nation self, it's not impossible to convince many military officials in organizing a possible coup.

After the first coups, it's easier to internally finance other ones in the region.

The UK government is a joke, but arresting people for potential terrorist leanings is the least of our concern. The first thing we have to fix is our disgusting austerity programme. For people in this thread to have the temerity to call it a nanny state is laughable and quite insulting for the millions suffering.
