Some great games this weekend.
The NFL Thread
Now we know the Cowboys are overrated which should have been obvious because they played 3 horrible teams.
Aside from Dak throwing 3 picks (should have been 5) the team didn't look too bad though I have them in the top 15, I think the Eagles are the best team in that division though.
@zezima: He is a beast I hope his knee can stay healthy I here once you tear the ACL it's never 100%
The Texans have their best shot at playoffs in a while with this team.
@adam2: They're a sleeper Super Bowl team as long as Watson can stay healthy
Cowboys got exposed a little bit but they should bounce back against the Jets. I'm not expecting any miracles from Darnold.
Patriots schedule continues to be a cakewalk for the next couple weeks. It'll be interesting to see how they do when they hit the tough part of it, but as it stands now, they're clearly the best team in the league. Looking like they're going to cruise to another 1st round bye.
This could be a crowded playoff field this year, no one is really separating themselves from the pack.
Pats vs Saints Superbowl confirmed the league have already rigged the games to make sure of it. Honestly why do we even have refs on the field anymore if they constantly blow games, not just talking about the Dal vs GB game, last weeks Det vs KC was ruined by refs and this week the refs ruined about half the games this week, the NFL is becoming un-watchable at this point.
Oh here come the "Dallas lost so it's rigged" excuses.
They got outplayed, you hyped them up for beating the 3 worst teams in the nfl defense wise, and you got exposed by two actually decent teams. That's all.
@adam2: Are you too scared to tag me? If you read the post I'm not talking about the Dallas game, we lost that game in the first quarter I could care less. Doesn't take away the fact the refs were horrible that game and have been this whole season for just about every game.
@godzilla44: lmao scared to tag you? Why would I be scared to tag you?
"Not just talking about Dallas" or "I'm not talking about Dallas"
Which is it?

I don't know, maybe because you were clearly talking about me in your previous post but couldn't tag me for some reason? It's either you're scared or afraid to, which is it?
Once again looks like you can't comprehend what I was saying, I clearly said "Not just talking about Dallas"because I knew exactly how you would react about my post if I didn't. What's funny is you still reacted the same way but couldn't tag me for some odd reason.
Can you show me in my post where I made any excuses for Dallas losing? I was actually trying to make a post about the horrible officiating that's been happening all season. But I guess that was to hard for you to understand.
@godzilla44: You litterally state in the comment that you where talking about the cowboys.
No one is scared to tag you, I didn't tag anyone because multiple people where talking about the cowboys last week.
You're excuses is bad referring, but you ignore the dropped passes, interceptions (should have had 5) and bad coaching lmao. Yet when the Eagles lost half their Offense you where still talking shit.
@godzilla44: my "here comes the excuse" thread was in reference to you but not just you. I've seen that excuse multiple times now.
@adam2: You keep saying I made excuses for them? Please show me where I did? Here want me to show you my post? I specifically said not Dal vs GB because I knew if I didn't it people would think I'm just talking about that game. I also mention other games to show my point but ok.

@godzilla44: saying the league is rigged because your team is losing.....

The reffing has been awful, but it has been equally awful across the league.
@destinyman75: They're my 11 right now, I want to see more consistency before I move them up further. They show up against the Chiefs and they'll definitely break into the top 10.
@lunacyde: True I think it's going to be a shoot out between .ahoms and Watson. After that fifty drop against the FALCON it's an offensive showdown..Both defenses are going to get shredded but which the most?? Think the texans have an overall better Defense.
Offenaive5 line is showing up in a massive way for Watson they just get better. Watson Had so many clean pockets last few games. I think the Texans have a great chance but Mahomes is Mahomes so we shall see
As always with Dallas, the talent is there. But the perpetual silly mistakes made by both coaches and players - that have been prevalent since Romo's tenure - still plagues us to this day.
🤷♂️
@destinyman75: I'm definitely rooting for them to beat the Chiefs. I have Deshaun on my fantasy team ;).

Cowboys literally always shoot themselves in the foot. My worry is they're having trouble getting Zeke going.
That's because Moore's playcalling has been painfully basic. Constantly running it between the tackles -- very little counters, stretch plays or misdirection. Plus, not enough screen plays to get Zeke in the open field and let him do his work.
@pharoh_atem: Everyone loved him the first 3 weeks lol. I agree with you, but I think there is a little something else there as well, the line just doesn't seem as dominant.
When you play team with the combined record of 2-15, it tends to make one look good, lmao.
But yeah, I concur, the O-Line is nowhere near as good as it was years past.
@pharoh_atem: I think injuries have a lot to do with it. Honestly I'm rooting for you guys though, if only because I hate Philly.
@lunacyde: I have him on my team as well, picked him 1st round
@king_saturn: And I started James Conor on my fantasy this week.
Easy money.
Ouch the cowboys lost to the Jets.
Exposed times 3.
Yeah, that hurts lol.
The NFC East is trash right now. Almost makes you want to just go top 6 records instead of division winners and two wild cards. One deserving team is going to get left out in the cold come playoff time.
Garrett is holding the Cowboys back and the Eagles have a fatally flawed secondary. I don't know which is worse.
@kingofwakanda: Its funny because both of these teams were top NFC picks coming into the season.
@kingofwakanda: @lunacyde: Both of those teams can be fixed though.
The Eagles are playing with a ton of injuries and the Cowboys just need a new coach. As if right now I see the Seahawks/49ers/saints being the best 3 in the NFC.
Panthers, Lions, and Packers are my next 3 in the NFC.
@lunacyde: Exactly. Before the season you could have told me either of them would be going for a first round bye and it would have seemed reasonable. Now if you would have told me that the 49ers would be dominating, the Saints and Panthers would have been killing it without Brees and Newton I would have told you to pass the blunt lol.
@adamantine: I can't see the Cowboys firing Garrett mid season unless they continue to crater. They seem headed towards another 8-8, 9-7 season. Eagles could really use Jalen Ramsey or at the very least just for Ronald Darby to come back, but even he was getting burnt. Maybe Desean can help keep them in games but that secondary is going to be an issue.
@kingofwakanda: Jalen would be a good pickup and then Darby comes back in and maybe Maddox later in the season.
I also think the Eagles should trade for Diggs to help their injury prone receivers but doubt they can afford Ramsey and Diggs.
@adamantine: Last I heard the asking price for Ramsey was 2 first rounders. That's steep but tempting because a Ramsey, Darby, Maddox secondary could really fix the defense but would keep them from getting good, cheap talent for a few years.
Don't think Diggs and Ramsey is realistic from a cap and picks perspective. They'd really being going win now.
@lunacyde: Ha new Watson was going to do it..I'd Texans had a kicker that didy miss everyother kick why they still use him is beyond me. O line is playing well too defense is solid still say Texans got the south
@destinyman75: It is definitely looking good for you....and my fantasy team.
@lunacyde: ditto we chose well lol
I still say fire that kicker he's the worst in the league
@destinyman75: Idk, there have been some bad kickers, and there's not a lot of alternatives out there.
@kingofwakanda: Looks like Ramsey is going to the Rams.
