The Most Overrated Video Game

I thought about this and really can't say. Although I feel like Grand Theft Auto is a bit overrated. Over four games (Not counting the first 2D ones and handheld games) and its the same old system: Steal autos (The most obvious example), murder archenemies of the mafia or gang, take part in organized crime et cetera. The only change I've noticed is the graphics and setting, nothing else.

Well I may be wrong on that statement, but: What do you think is the most overrated video game (Or video game series) ever released?

And lol at the guy retorting to someone's WoW comment with D&D. Nothing Blizzard will ever do will top games like Baldur's Gate, Icwind Dale, NWN and Plansecape: Torment and the role playing game is obviously better. WoW doesn't deserve to be called an "RPG".

GTA 4, too much praise for a boring game.

Force Unleashed. I mean it's fun with over the top force powers, but it's so short and repetitive. No replay value... no online fighting.

I also have to add Red Dead Redemption.

Anything Halo, Fable and Little Big planet come to mind.

Halo is not overrated, is hated for being popular(main reason why people hate, Star Wars, Star Trek, damn i mean even Twiligth)
Final Fantasy 7, even after years of better games, people say its the best game ever, is not even the best RPG, not even in the Top Ten Rpg list.
GTA, i like the game, but i mean, damn is boring as hell after a time you feel you are doing the same, all the games are the same game.

First person shooters are overrated. It's always the same thing. Shoot the Nazis, Zombies, Aliens etc.
