My assisstant has a degree in all the subjects so she finds it quite enjoyable.

Exactly. I don't need homework I don't need anything. In my opinion, grades don't display intelligence, just either work ethic, or if the student has other issues to worry about.

@Kitten: I do that all the time. I just go to class and I'm like "I didn't do my homework, but I bet you I know the material better than your class". I'm usually right.
