The Feminist Respect Thread

This thread is to show respect/homage to the brave women to be alongside with men. For years before modern times women have seen to be just to be used like a walking mat compared to men. But such ladies like Harriet Tubman,Amelia Earhart,Michelle Obama, Malala, and many more who try to fight for their place. In modern times not only women can now vote they can dress like the guys and work in male dominated careers.

I'm not sure if this is a proper contribution but I will say that since I first got into comics I have loved seeing how well women characters are portrayed in comics compared to other forms of media.

Ayn Rand. She gave up the third input to men under her thumb because she demanded it. Big respect. And she made a buttload (pun intended) of money outta it.

Are there some women who take feminism to the extreme? Yes. Are they the majority? No.

Every group has its extremes. It shouldn't take away from their struggle.

"Feminazi" to me has always been like "race baiting" to me: a term used to belittle someone's struggle by trying to paint them as extremists.

The real feminism:

In fact, feminism cannot even exist in most of the countries anymore. If I would have met feminist in the Europe or USA, I would call for discrimination.

She didn't slaughter the Sikhs; Congress supporters did that in revenge after she was assassinated by a Sikh. She suspended democracy and imposed Emergency rule in India, giving herself carte blanche powers. She and her son used to have poor people rounded up and forcibly sterilized.
