Shower question...

Would you rather take an uncomfortably hot shower?

Or an uncomfortably cold shower?

Or NOT shower for 72 hours (bathing is also not permitted)?

Showers must be at least 15 minutes long and must be "real" (not simply washing your toes, etc.).

I can not stand a cold shower.

How hot? Like it's a bit painful but not bad or like a burn your skin hot?

hot, that's more or less how i always do it anyway

Not showering. I do it when I go camping.

I only wash face.

You can adapt to icy showers and it's actually pretty healthy to be able to do so.

I don't see how a hot shower can be "uncomfortable" unless it's burning you, which would be bad.

The cold shower is probably good for you even when it's uncomfortable it will at least wake you up. The hot shower would be harmful to your skin, but mainly to your hair.
