A friend told me about this horrible news today. We lost Chris Cornell (who was a close friend of his) a couple of months ago and now this. Fans of his music know how much it tells of his personal problems and that sort. It's just that no one really expected this would happen. Rest in peace man and thank you for the music.
RIP Chester Bennington

@the_batmobile: Yeah, Linkin Park was crap but that doesn't mean that a human life had no value.
@the_batmobile: Seriously? What's wrong with you?
@khael: So what if its been done
@the_batmobile: Asshole
Yeah...I feel sorry for his kids that he left behind, some of them are quite young.
Same. He has like 6 kids. Now they'll be growing up fatherless.
Hmmm, been done.

Linkin Park isn't crap. Sure they have mediocre songs and every band has those.
This news hit me so hard. I grew up with Linkin Park. So sad to hear how he died.
Same here. I was little when I saw the first Transformers movie and I could remember loving "What I've Done".
Linkin Park was shit, it's not like anything of value was lost.
Piss off.
@staticspeedster: @cull_obsidian: I know it's sad but we don't need 2 threads talking about the same thing
@staticspeedster: ... You do realize that music videos don't work under spoiler blocks?
Anyways, I grew out of Linkin Park when I started listening to AC/DC and Metallica.

First of all, didn't see the other one and with things like this it doesn't really matter. Don't care if this gets locked up as long as I got my message out. Linkin Park used to be one of my favorite bands seeing a member go, it's just sad.
@staticspeedster: Yeah, it's sad for me to. I still listen to their songs to this day.

I'm hoping you grew out of this too? XD
@staticspeedster: I did.
Damn Linkin Park was one of the first bands that introduced me to rock/metal music, before them i listened to crap pop and rap that my older brother uploaded on my mp3. And thanks to them i started to play bass and got inspired to create music. I hated they evolution after "Minutes to Midnight" but respected new albums and still gave it a listen except the new one "One More Light" which was too generic and crapy for my taste. Im gonna listen to it now and especialy focus on lyrics on this album. RIP one of the best vocalist of our era.
