Pretty sure you are not playing it safe when dating a ruler of a nefarious netherworld filled with monster and frequently invaded by cosmic monstrosities from beyond space and time. :)

Personally I'd go with Raven, I liker her personality better. Plus in regards to Trigon... well you tend to be able to see him coming.

But to be honest I am not sure a meeting between the two would work out all that well... or it would work out so well you find out you've been left behind while they've gone somewhere else together.
