Keep in mind that homes were much smaller then. Even so it still sounds like house inflation has skyrocketed.

Housing Inflation in General has Been Insane. It's Some Of The Worst In Florida though.

Anywho, I would not mine that House for 7900 with the Screened In Porch. I could have that as my Getaway House when the People in my Main Home drive me Crazy. LOL

I'd be extremely concerned with the question: 'what's the catch', if I located a place where the rent was just $47.92 per month; seemingly, I should jump at the chance but having been burned so often, I have a sort of Stockholm syndrome and wouldn't jump at that chance; I'd suspect that it was for seniors, first and foremost and then extremely skeptical, if not.
