Most of Jack Kirby's New God designs I find incredibly cheesy, but Mantis takes the cake.

This. Besides being blunt and unimpressive, has a cringe suit.
Not a hero but well... The cringest suit ever, which is meant to be it too.
Don't know if it's worst than Classic Robin's but it's pretty bad.
