which is the better show and why ?
Person of Interest or The Blacklist ?
Wow, wow, wow. Someone actually made a thread with person of interest? I talked about it for like fifty posts on the tv show thread.. and no one had. Amazing show really.
@knightsofdarkness2: finally someone on vine watches it besides me..
@princearagorn1: i watch it to

Yeah, I'm suprised not many people on this site watch the show considering the show is so great. I actually was planning to make an Official Person of Interest thread on off topic a few weeks ago. :P
@oceanmaster21: @knightsofdarkness2: when's the next season coming up btw? Fav moment?
@princearagorn1: Didn't the 4th season start in September 23 this year?
And that's a very hard question, lol. But I did like the "Burn my shadow" scene in the 19th episode of Person of Interest titled "Flesh and Blood".
Person of Interest and in all honesty The Blacklist doesn't even come close to it. It's a decent show with flashes of being great. But POI was a great show that has become quite simply brilliant. Better acting overall, does a far better job of building up the world and characters in it, and the threats against the main characters actually feel much more dangerous. Not to mention it does a better job of utilizing music that sets the scene. I also feel much more invested in the characters. POI is a show you should really stick with, it can seem slow to begin with, and seemingly without a deep storyline, but all of the earlier episodes are used to build up things and characters into something far grander. I enjoy The Blacklist, but I quite simply love POI.
Haven't watched either.
@knightsofdarkness2: I'd say the ending of episode 8, "foe" was amazing. burying the old spy as they reveal reese's own background was so emotional, that was the moment I decided to follow the show.
Plus when harold explains about the machine's memories to root.. wow. Reese getting shot, finch deactivating the bomb.. There are way too many to count really.
Elias's entering the fray in "risk" was more awesome for me than the bombing.

I totally agree with your list man. I love all of those scenes.
probably you've made your choice already, but others need to know as well :P
Person of Interest by far, this is not even fair. blacklist's cool though, but it's around the likes of arrow, flash, mentalist etc.
POI has the most complex and intriguing story among all tv series today. while there are some great shows like sherlock, game of thrones and true detective, person of interest is above all of them-thanks to jonathan nolan. it's actually creating it's own universe; there are always some references, hints, easter eggs about other episodes. even a mere clipping shown at the beginning of an episode, turns out that it's connected to something much bigger a few episodes later. sometimes you need to watch an episode twice-and carefully.
person of interest is not a crime drama, it's a sci-fi and if you didn't get that from the very first episode, then you didn't get what the series really about at all. true that series doesn't really become what it is today, before the last two episodes of the first season, but the flashbacks in the episodes before are still important.
BTW while person of interest's rating on imdb is only 8.5(cause of the relatively weak first season), it has the highest rating average by episode by far. i think that tells sth.
Both are starting to get too campy but I gotta give the edge to POI

@oceanmaster21: @knightsofdarkness2: @egemensson: @the_kidd: @acer_: So you guys still keeping up with POI? I have a feeling I made the thread somewhere, but can't find it...
@princearagorn1: blacklist
@princearagorn1: yep, definitely. it's one of a few shows around that really requires some intelligence to watch.
