Stick to three healthy meals a day an doing tons do cardio everyday an weights 4 times a week. The end if you are focus you can do it. First 2 weeks is the hardest but your body will feel better than the first couple of days. Also remember to stretch daily so you do not feel sore.

Stop eating and drinking the following:
Bread and backery in general.
Junk food. (Chips, doritos, etc.)
Sodas, non-natural juices, switened drinks alltogether.
Fried foods. (fries, breaded chicken, stir fried things, ect.)
Any cake thing.
Icecream.
Sauces.
Refined white flours. (white pastas in general)
Anything with alcohol
On the upside you can eat all of the following:
Brown rice, oats and unprocesed grains.
Potatoes (NOT fried)
Fish (Not fried)
Veggies
Salads
Fruit
Meats (lean)
Egs.
Legumes
Skimmed milks
Dried fruits (toasted not fried)
Cheese
Water
Air
Genitals
Doesn't Red Wine have some health benefits?
It does theoretically, but its benefits come from the grapes in it, not the alcohol.
However wine has a pretty small amount of alcohol in it, so heaving a glass of it doesn't mean you ingest a lot of alcohol. That´s why the antioxidants in wine can make it so as to be considered healthy.
I'm sure that there are healthier ways of getting those antioxidants from alochol free sources, anyway.
@xthelegend27x: The weight is the addition of your organs, your bones, the water inside your body, your muscles and the fat you have. The 2 you can controle are muscles and fat.
Where does the fat come from ? The fat comes only (yes only) from suggar. There are different type of suggar white/brown suggar, fruit suggar and slow suggar (pastas, bread, potatoes). Fruit suggar is much healthier and doesn't store in your body ass much as white/brown suggar. While slow suggar is just complexe fiber of suggar that your body will take time to break down and store. Slow suggar is as bad as white/brown suggar, it just as a delayed time of action.
How to remove this "fat" from your body. The body stores fat to be sure to have "fuel" for the muscles. So no fat = no fuel ? No, you can eat just enought suggar for you body so he won't have any extra to store. So since fat is fuel for the muscles, you must make your muscles work so they burn this fuel.
The trouble with working your muscles is that they will grow and therefore weight more. But for muscles to be able to grow, they need proteins (aka meat).
So in short, you need to exercice a bit to burn up the fat. And don't eat too much meat to avoid your muscle from overgrowing. The hard part is that working out will make you hungry, so you'll eat more while you need to reduce the amount of suggar you eat and not increase by much the quantity of meat you eat. You'll therefore need to eat more fruits and vegies.
