Bars and restaurants that serve alcohol in the United States can be held accountable if they over serve one of their patrons. In case, say that patron gets in a car and drives into someone. So many bars will "cut them off."
My question is, should restaurants, fast food establishments more specifically, be required to cut off their customers who they feel have been over served? In case that person goes home and has a heart attack with a cheeseburger in their mouth.
