Just how powerful is Master Roshi?

I heard in an interview with Toriyama that if Roshi was in the fight against Raditz if would have ended differently(which in reality is a bad thing), When I watched Fukkatsu No F they said that they left behind Chaiotzu,Yamcha, Goten, and Trunks because the fight was too DANGEROUS for them?(now I get Roshi being stronger than Chaiotzu and Yamcha and even more powerful then the kids even in there Super Saiyan forms, but they can't possibly be implying that Roshi is stronger than the kids fused especially ssj3).Personally, how is Roshi even as strong as he is, I mean how much training could he have possibly gotten in the few months and or years between the buu saga and Fukkatsu No F unless he has been training this whole time during dbz which is HIGHLY UNLIKELY, seriously Goten and Trunks fused and fighting Frieza's soldiers would take a lot less than thirty minutes.Anyways what do you guys think, Let me know!

People often believe Roshi is losing power because he keeps getting older or something like that.

Even when is pretty damn clear Roshi isnt aging, so he isnt getting weaker.

The new movie could imply Roshi restart training after the end of the Boo movie.

So the fact he is stronger that the weaker humans actually makes sense.

The whole Trunks and Goten it was to reduce their roles on the DB franchise and make it less saiyan centric.

@josteinfleurme65: It takes 6 minutes of all the light emitted from the sun's surface to vaporize the moon. Roshi did it in less time, meaning his blasts should be hotter than the surface of the sun or one of it's cores. So Roshi should be able to destroy a planet easily.

In terms of strength, I would say he could beat Raditz plus more. I think the reason he didn't fight was because he couldn't fly or had fast transportation, but if Akira says he's strong, then he's strong.

You complaint about something that happened in the plot for no real reason other that making one character stronger for plot reasons.

So basically based on this thread, the only confirmation of PL is that his semi-full power form as Jackie Chun can blow up a moon; remember this is SEMI full power, since he's in a form much less buff than his full power Kamehameha when he blew up the fleet, yet still more buff than his normal skinny form.
