It's certainly no disrespect for Bezos, but more than likely, Putin. He's described as having a military background. He was likely a mercenary and has an intelligence background involving such; honestly, could someone really even gain prep time for Putin, outside Russia, at least, given how much is secret about him? Why would Bezos even be in the running? Unless, he has a background that most people are unaware of, then, he might at least have a shot. But, maybe someone from the CIA.
