i mean very technically yes... but the fact that shes related to the Kardashians obviously helped.

Yes and no. I mean she clearly worked to reach a billion. She didn't just fall into that. But being a Kardashian/Jenner means she already had capital, resources, and a large (and loyal) fanbase, and she was able to watch and learn from a very young age how to build brands and market herself.

Self-Made refers to becoming successful through ones own effort. While she technically did create her own brand and such. She did so through the wealth of her family.
