@overlordarhas: I would have discarded the contents of the sandwich, put the orphan in instead, poured out the coke, and used the can to catch any blood that may have fallen out of the kid while I ate it. I'd then wash them down with the can's contents.

I expected you to eat in front of the kid and chuckle. But you get a +1 for converting the innocent.
