OP's heart might be in the right place but hyperinflation is a thing for governments who have too much printed money without value in it, not to mention a whole plethora of problems that comes with too much free flowing money.

Depends on who I'm giving it to. But typically, yeah I'd be able to easily do it. There comes a time when I believe you can have too much money. It'd just be hella selfish to not share something I have an unlimited amount of.
