The world is changing so rapidly, all except maybe Obama here would be absolutely clueless.

I've only been alive since Clinton so I have no idea, the older presidents who are seen as the best wouldn't understand politics today.

Assuming that they don't learn all of history in an instant? Only the still living ones.

If they do? Washington, Lincoln and Roosevelt were some of our best, so one of them. If I had to pick, I'd go with Lincoln.
