1st is the best one here since it is better than ruining lives of young woman(prostitution), people (cocaine and shit) and death of many(terrorist group). The 1st one is just transporting the money,which doesn't harm anybody. Although if refusing doesn't get me killed so I choose that.

A mob boss would never roll up on some rando, and ask them to engage in criminal activity for him (especially of the kind, involving large sums of money). People who do that are trusted and vetted. I would assume it's a prank, or an undercover police operation.

I was going to say yes until I read the "if you fail, he's gonna kill you" part, I'd have to decline his offer. who knows what complications could arise in an unfamiliar situation like that, things could easily go wrong and the job would be considered a failure, not worth the hassle.
